Dual Restorative Wellness, DBA requires an interview (online, or telephone) prior to the scheduling of all services. And, reserves the right to refuse services if energetic guidelines are not in alignment with its purpose.
Full payments are due immediately. You may only schedule your service after payment has been made.
Cancellations MUST be made up to 24 hours prior to service. Otherwise, a $50.00 cancellation fee will be incurred.
Dual Restorative Wellness, DBA does NOT offer refunds for services, however, if you need to reschedule, please contact LNWD 24 hours prior to your appointment to avoid cancellation fees.
There are no transfers of services. Appointments made for an individual is for that individual and that service only.
Rates are non-negotiable. Length of service is non-negotiable. There are no free services, please respect company guidelines therein.
