Hello, my name is LNWD and I am a level III Usui Reiki Master as well as a psychic. For fifteen years I have called New York City my home. I came here to pursue a career in the arts. As a multi-hyphenate creative, I needed to live in a place where creativity was flourishing and I would have the opportunity to meet and collaborate with likeminded artists. While working at a neighborhood coffee shop I became friends with someone who would eventually become my Reiki Master/Teacher. Thanks to her guidance I became a certified Usui Reiki Master April 2019.
Why the name Dual Restorative Wellness?
My name derives from my core and my purpose. 'Dual' is in reference to my being a Gemini. Restorative Wellness is what I'm here to do. Help you you restore your wellness. Aid you in moving through the world with balance.
As a member of both the Black and LGBTQIA+ communities I understand all too well how underserved we are. One of my goals, with my work, is to help close the gap. If you are a member, know this is a safe space for you. If you are not, that is perfectly fine. This is a safe space for you as well.
Through my training as a Reiki practictioner and a lightworker, I am using my abilities to not only become the best version of myself but to help you do the same.
I firmly believe that this is the reason we are here. My mission is our mission. To do our best to make sure we evolve into our best selves. In doing so, we can exercise the best of what humanity has to offer.
The services I offer are a standard Reiki session as well as a Reiki Healing-Body Message Reading.
What is Reiki?
Reiki is an energy healing practice that comes from Japan.
Rei= Universal or Sacred
Ki= Energy
Reiki= Universal or Sacred Energy
Reiki practictioners use this method of healing to aid in removing energy blockages found in the chakra system.
Note: Reiki is not a substitute for medical intervention. Reiki is supplemental.
